Job Description

As a Real Estate Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with clients, guiding them about residential and commercial projects, generating leads, and closing sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Guide clients regarding property investment opportunities.
▪ Generate and manage leads through calls, social media, and meetings.
▪ Conduct property visits and project presentations for clients.
▪ Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
▪ Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
▪ Maintain proper follow-up with clients and update CRM records.
▪ Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
▪ Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends.

Requirements:

▪ Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
▪ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
